More newborn favorites

In Thailand, they celebrate Mother's Day on the Queen's birthday. In honor of the Queen, one of the malls made a beautiful tulip display, which I had fun photographing.

Hunt's Dad helped me take these next two with me and my girl:

Favorite Grace Pictures

Tonight after Archie went to bed, I grabbed the camera and got the whole family involved in Grace's first at-home photo shoot. (We actually went to a small studio today to make some family pictures that I will hopefully be able to post soon.) Here are some of my favorites from tonight.

Baby boy goes out for the team!

I've had fun playing with the Picasa photo editing software I just downloaded from Google. It's available free. I am really getting progressively more curious about the world of photo editing!

While Archie's eyes are daily beholding new variances in color, I'm enjoying capturing some of his precious baby moments in black and white. I've enjoyed reading about his eyesight development and learning that within the next two months, his vision will be nearly fully developed, and he will be able to enjoy the same nuances of color that we do. (Go to http://www.babycenter.com/0_developmental-milestones-sight_6508.bc if you want to learn more about infant eye development.)
